New PG Covert Action related course commences

The new distance learning BUCSIS programme, PG Certificate Covert Action, HUMINT and Psychology of Intelligence Elicitation was launched on 23 January 2023.

The programme lead, Dr Ian Stanier stated:

“I’m absolutely delighted on the student take up on this course, far surpassing what I expected. There is a nice mixture of recent graduates from undergraduate programmes and professionals from the wider security sector. This will make for excellent discussions and debates. We are already progressing a Master’s version of the course for launch in September 2023 and the intention here is to focus on generating high quality research projects. More details to follow as it progresses through the validation stages.”
