Catherine has been teaching since 1987 in all levels of education. She spent a number of years living abroad. Some of this time was in Cyprus where she taught at the International School in Paphos. She also established her own import business (1994-2000). Upon returning to the UK she taught in schools and for Adult Continuing Education, teaching Art, English and Greek courses. She joined the University of Buckingham in 2004.
