These Open Days are an opportunity for prospective students to find out more about the University of Buckingham’s London-based Master’s programmes, and to learn what it is like to study a postgraduate Humanities research degree with us from our campus in the capital.
On the day you will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about the unique and flexible research MA structure, which is specifically tailored for those who wish to fit their studies around work and other commitments
- Meet some of the eminent academic staff who are involved in the programmes
- Meet some current/former students who will share their experiences with you and answer any questions
- Learn more about the applications process and ask any questions regarding fees and funding
A Master’s degree completed under some of the country’s leading scholars in the field of the Humanities represents an invaluable opportunity for personal and career development, and attending this event will allow you to gain some insight into how we structure our degrees to enhance the success of our students.
The Open Days will take place at 51 Gower Street, Bloomsbury, London, WC1E 6HJ (near Euston Square and Goodge Street underground stations). Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
We will also be holding a drinks reception for current students in the garden at 51 Gower Street on Wednesday 20th June, 6.00pm-8.00pm, which you would also be welcome to attend.
With the University of Buckingham being a top university for graduate employability (Higher Education Statistics Agency), for student satisfaction and for academic support provided to students, there has never been a better time to experience the Buckingham difference.
Additionally, the University of Buckingham received the highest rating of Gold in the Government’s Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) review in 2017.
