Confirm your place

All students who wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony must have completed the booking form by Friday 10 September 2021. A link will have been sent to your personal email address in August when the booking system opens. All bookings are subject to eligibility and availability. Bookings may close earlier due to ticket availability; space is limited due to venue size. If you have not received an invitation to book your place at Graduation by 31 August and you believe you are eligible for the October ceremonies, please email A detailed itinerary will be sent nearer the date of Graduation.

Space for the Graduation Ceremony is limited and students are permitted a maximum of two (2) guest tickets (subject to any COVID-19 restrictions in place). These tickets include entry to the Church and the Graduation Reception (drinks and canapés) following the Ceremony. Tickets for both the Graduation Ceremony and the Reception are free of charge. Please note that children under the age of five years old are not permitted to attend the Ceremony but may attend the Reception.

Additional Tickets

We cannot guarantee that we will have additional seats available. Any additional tickets that may be available will be allocated after the online booking system has closed on 10 September 2021. Please email after 24 September stating how many additional tickets you are looking to obtain and the reason why. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that additional seats will be available.

Not Attending Graduation
