Feedback from last year’s event:
“The day was highly engaging, superbly organised and academically rich, and excellent to see such high-level support and endorsement from the likes of Nick Hillman and senior management, for example. Great networking opportunities and so hugely impressive to see the potential the Hub has for driving forward research, knowledge exchange, and innovation in the area of learning differences within higher education. I’d also like to point out that the lunch was simply amazing! Best conference pies ever!!! 😊”
“This was my first experience of attending a hub day. I thought it was fantastic. The speakers were varied and discussed a broad range of learning differences. There was also an opportunity to meet new people who are experts in their field and ask them questions. The venue was beautiful, and I was enthusiastic at the end of the day to go home and research what I had learnt. I also adopted a few things I learnt that day, which immediately increased my productivity and improved my work-life balance. I will be coming to the 2025 Dyslexia Hub Day for sure.”
“I’d like to thank you both for a wonderful event on Friday. I thoroughly enjoyed it and learned a lot from it that I can apply academically and professionally.”
“I’m reaching out again to say thank you – I feel like I talk almost constantly about there being a need for improved awareness of considerations and support for neurodivergent students in order to empower them to achieve and succeed, and frustrated at how slow this is being picked up at the level I’m working at.”
