Cream of the crop – Buckingham ranked in UK top ten

The University of Buckingham has ranked in the UK top ten for Teaching Excellence and Student Experience in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide.

The University’s strength in student satisfaction has been a major factor in this year’s ranking success and follows Buckingham’s placing at the top in the National Student Survey (NSS) in England for Overall Student Satisfaction. The University is also ranked in the top quarter for Graduate Prospects.

Ranked eighth for both Teaching Excellence and Student Experience, Buckingham is once again leading the way in key areas of the University league tables.

Buckingham has risen four places in the rankings this year, and has come 43rd overall, in the top third of Britain’s university sector, which underlines high standards in every area of learning.

The University consistently does well in rankings because of its optimal staff-student ratios, excellent quality of teaching and the open door policy of lecturers which enables students to seek help whenever they need it.
