Dr Ali Al-Sherbaz (PhD 2010)

The research environment which is created by Prof. Sabah Jassim is friendly and unique, and during my study in The University of Buckingham I’ve got not only the PhD degree but also practice how to establish my own research areas and present them confidently in highly ranked conferences and workshops worldwide, not to mention the patent which we published. I would like to thank all the research team in the Applied Computing department for their supportive and guidance that enabled me to get my degree.  Those experiences helped me to find jobs in the University of Hertfordshire and then in the University of Northampton. Thanks, Buckingham!

Muntassar Al-Majidi (MA English 2010)

During my studies at The University of Buckingham, I benefited from a high academic level of teaching, as well as kind people and an ideal location.  Buckingham’s tutors and library staff are very friendly and make every effort to help you. Its situation between Oxford and Cambridge helps to facilitate high level academic research. The University of Buckingham helped me to achieve my dream in completing my Master’s degree in English Literature.
