Adam McGill is the Founder and Managing Director of Fizz Group, a multi-million-pound education sector business serving thousands of schools across the UK.
Founded in 2007 when Adam was just 15, the group has grown into a nationally operating enterprise with its own UK manufacturing facility. With broader commercial interests in property and residential care, Adam has built and scaled a diversified portfolio of businesses and investments from the ground up.
Adam’s journey reflects his belief that successful entrepreneurship requires resilience, comfort with risk, and a long-term view.
