David Rozado received his PhD in Computer Science from the Autonomous University of Madrid in 2011. His research lies at the intersection of technology and society, with a particular focus on the use of computational tools to understand institutional dynamics and algorithmic bias in artificial intelligence systems.

Over the years, his work has contributed to both academic discourse and public policy debates, with publications in top-tier journals as well as broader engagement through media outlets. His research has been featured in major international publications, including The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Financial Times, and The Economist.
