David Cowan is graduating with a PhD in History at the University of Cambridge where he previously gained a BA in History and MPhil in Political Thought and Intellectual History.
David is currently writing a book on the applied history of conservative political economy, and has written on political parties, industrial policy, and geopolitics for a number of publications. He also has several years of experience working in Westminster.
