We know that choosing where to study is an important decision and joining our virtual open day is the perfect way to find out if the University of Buckingham Crewe Campus is the right place for you.
What will I learn?
For those considering studying Medicine with us in January 2022 or 2023, you will hear from our Phase I academics about the structure, delivery and assessment of both your on-site training and clinical placements. They will give an overview of all 4.5 years of training, including how we have been able to condense the course duration (by 6 months) without compromising on quality, and how you progress into your F1 and F2 years.
We recommend everyone attend the Student Experience presentation and Student Q&A session in order to better understand what it is like to live and study at our Crewe campus. Ask our current students about any aspect of life on or off-campus, including accommodation, teaching, workload and the activities put on by the Students’ Union. If you have questions, we have the answers.
For those considering studying Biomedical Sciences with us in either September 2021 or 2022, you will hear from our programme leads about the content and structure of our BSc Biomedical Sciences degree and our BSc Biomedical Sciences with integrated Foundation programme. They will also talk about the variety of skills you will gain and the resulting career options they will enable you to pursue.
You’ll discover the reasons why we achieved an 82% satisfaction rate in the National Student Survey 2021 (NSS) from our personalised teaching model with small class sizes, to our dedicated student support team.
