Through our bespoke Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship programmes, you will receive everything you need to develop professionally and personally. Whether you are an employee seeking to increase your knowledge and skillset, or a business recognising a need to upskill your staff, transform your organisation, and attract new talent, this apprenticeship is an ideal choice to make such progress.
The programme spans 18 months, followed by a 5-6 month End Point Assessment, resulting in a total duration of 24 months.
This programme is funded by the employer through the Apprenticeship Levy, and non-levy paying employers currently pay only 5% of the tuition costs. It’s designed for full-time working professionals and is a collaborative effort between the School of Business, Faculty of Education, and the Chartered Management Institute.
