Judith Bray, Key Cases: Land Law 2009-2010 edition

Judith Bray, Key Cases: Land Law 2009-2010 edition (London: Hodder Education, 2009). 171 pp. ISBN: 978-1-444-10486-8.

Judith Bray’s latest book, published in July, is a new edition in the popular Key Cases series. Key Cases: Land Law is designed to give a clear understanding of the most important cases in land law. This edition includes a number of recent decisions, particularly in the developing area of the acquisition of informal rights in land such as proprietary estoppel and constructive trusts. Each case is broken down into fact and law and is often extended by the inclusion of important extracts from the judgment, or by comment or by highlighting problems associated with the decision or area of law. The series uses a number of easily recognisable symbols which guide the reader through the different aspects of each case.

The series provides a valuable resource for anyone studying Law, including LLB and GDL courses. The books are useful when studying a new topic and also for revision purposes.
