On 11 December Dr Julian Richards  appeared as an expert advisor on intelligence law and oversight process at a Macedonian intelligence oversight committee hearing in Skopje. The meeting is one of a series resulting from a wiretapping scandal in Macedonia in 2015, and is being coordinated by the Swiss NGO, Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF), in conjunction with the Norwegian Government and EU Commission.
