Wireless Internet Access (WIA)
Wireless Internet Access (WIA) is available in teaching areas, and all University accommodation.
To access the network, you will need to sign-in with your email address and password. You may be prompted to accept our security certificate the first time that you do this.

Buckingham University subscribes to the national eduroam service, which provides members of subscribing organisations easy and secure network access when visiting an institution other than their own. We provide both Home and Visited services over our wireless network, under the eduroam (UK) policy.
Home Service (University of Buckingham Students)

When visiting other institutions, you will need to connect to the eduroam SSID and enter your Buckingham email address and password. You must remove the eduroam profile from your devices once your studies end.
If you require support whilst at a remote site, please contact the IT Services Helpdesk in the first instance, unless the problem is clearly a wireless network failure.
