Jason is a HR generalist, and resourcing specialist in the corporate and specialist professional services arena, with over 15 years’ experience in corporate business, supporting FTSE, SME and public sector clients in employee engagement, resourcing and creation of graduate schemes. Also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Institute of Recruiters and Institute of Student Employers.

Lead on promotion of The Business School CfPED (Centre for Professional and Executive Development) to Develop Directorship, and offer Consultancy based customised programmes. The University of Buckingham’s existing Academic portfolio can pull together bespoke programmes of Short Courses with professional Certificates, Diplomas as well as Degree level qualifications for the Commercial Business Market.

Jason is also responsible for the preparation of students’ / graduates’ entry into the UK job market, creation and delivery of training and coaching workshops, employer engagement and business networking / careers-related events. Core focus on the creation and delivery of the University’s Employability Strategy, related specific marketing and business partnering materials to help achieve this, taking into account Government policy affecting the HE sector and the changing needs and demands of students.

Jason is also the Deputy Chair of the University Diversity and Inclusion Committee, discussing all aspects within HEI and the broader external conversations, ensuring that at Buckingham we respect, appreciate and celebrate our Diversity.
