The School of Psychology has a specialist research observation lab, which is used for teaching practical seminars and available for students use for their research projects. The observation lab is specifically for use by Psychology students and is equipped with computer and audio/visual recording equipment.

In addition, students have access to a number of dedicated computer laboratories, an extensive collection of online journal articles (Academic Search Elite and PsycARTICLES) and abstracts (PsycINFO) as well as a well-stocked library of books and journals. Students can also access psychological tests held by the department for use in their projects.

The University of Buckingham uses a virtual learning environment (VLE) called Moodle. All Psychology courses are supported by Moodle.
