Reflexology

Want the total relaxation that a massage can give you, but don't want to take your clothes off? Try Reflexology. It's the treatment of physical ailments in the body through the manipulation of the feet using acupressure points. Don't worry, it's not ticklish and you don't need a pedicure before hand - all those areas of hard skin are useful indicators for the Reflexologist!

Aromatherapy massage

Essential oils are aromatic essences that have been extracted from plants and flowers and which are blended especially to suit your individual requirements. Their medicinal properties have been known for thousands of years and were widely used by the Indians, Egyptians and Chinese. These oils are then massaged into your skin, relaxing tired aching muscles. Skilful blending of oils can clear the mind and lift the spirit, bringing about a sense of deep relaxation. Certain oils are uplifting and stimulating whilst others are calming or cleansing.
