Jane studied Reflexology at the Chiltern School of Reflexologists, earning a distinction. She has been practicing for 7 years and specialises in only working on the feet. As well as reflexology, Jane is a foot reader and has appeared on ITV's 'This Morning' and Channel 4's 'Big Brother's Little Brother'. Jane is a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Stefan has worked as the Sports Officer at the University of Buckingham since 1995, before which he spent 5 years working with the United States Air Force as a Fitness Director. He has studied Exercise Science at the University of Luton and completed his Diploma in Sports Massage in 2002 with the London School of Sports Massage, and subsequently his Certificate in Remedial Massage in 2003 with the LSSM. He is a member of the Sports Massage Association. Stefan is also certified as a Personal Trainer with both the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine and as a Corrective Exercise Specialist with the CHEK Institute in the United States. He holds a certification with ACE as a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant and with the British Amateur Weight Lifter's Association as a Weight Training Instructor, and was qualified as a USAF Fitness Specialist.

Chantal became a Reiki Master and Teacher in 2002. She works with people suffering from cancer helping them to alleviate many of the side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. She is a qualified practitioner of Indian Head Massage, having trained under Mr Narendra Mehta at the London Centre of Indian Champisage International.

Graham is qualified as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Stress Management Consultant in addition to being a Reiki Master. He has a special interest in stress, its physical and mental effects as well as its effects on the immune system, and the support both Reiki and Hypnotherapy can give to cancer and Aids care support programmes. He is a member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy and is NHS registered.
