Televisions
Students may bring their own televisions for use in their rooms. Or you can rent or buy a TV when you get here. Either way, though, you will need a British TV licence, which currently costs £126.50 for colour and £42.00 for black & white TV . There are also student television facilities in the Tanlaw Mill at Hunter Street and in the Franciscan Building at Verney Park.
Internet access
The Halls Internet Access (HIA) service is available in all halls of residence.
All your internal & external incoming mail will be delivered to the Porters’ Lodge at the entract to the Hunter Street Campus, where our friendly post room staff will sort your mail ready for you to collect.
