Assessment methods
Taught courses
Taught courses comprise two elements:
- 80% examination (sat at the end of the Summer term)
- 20% continuous assessment, evaluated on the basis of participation in seminar, any presentations made, tests required to be completed, and any submitted written work
Research
If you choose to undertake a research element, either a dissertation or three research papers, you will be required to submit your work by the deadline, within word count and in accordance with stipulated conventions.
