Land Law

Land Law is an exciting, vital and dynamic subject of immense importance to everyone. The course at Buckingham aims to communicate the vitality of land law in a way which relates the subject matter to the student's own practical experience and knowledge of it. Thus the course focuses on contemporary issues and problems and attempts to place them in their social and cultural context. By doing so, it is hoped that the law relating to real property will be readily understood by those real people whose lives it affects or will affect in the future.
