Buckingham Law students have the use of many excellent facilities in order to help them to achieve their academic goals. The Library will provide you with access to many of the top legal databases and you'll also have access to law journals in both electronic and paper format. You will be trained by library staff to use these resources to their full potential. We can also offer you:

  • a recently refurbished mooting room
  • a group study room within the library to enable legal discussion
  • full text legal databases such as Westlaw and LexisLibraryfor cases, articles and statutes etc
  • electronic index to legal periodicals and books
  • fully catalogued and indexed Denning Law Library, including online law journals and legal links to Internet sources
  • IOLIS electronic workbooks and legal resources to test your knowledge
  • legal workshops and events from the Careers Service
  • chance to enter inter-University competitions such as mooting etc.
