Wireless Internet Access (WIA)

In response to student requests, on 4th November 2003 the University launched a Wireless Internet Access service. This provides connectivity from hot-spot areas around campus.

Now there's no need to shuttle between reference shelf or study area and computer room. Work from the comfort of your own laptop with easy access to both paper-based and online reference materials. (See the Library pages for information on accessing subscription databases from your laptop).
