Summer Term (30 units)

Aims of the course

To develop and undertake a detailed and rigorous piece of research under supervision, demonstrating an ability to write a longer piece of work clearly and logically, and to source data and ideas with accuracy whilst also providing a convincing answer to the research question asked. The research itself does not have to be, and almost certainly will not be, an original contribution to knowledge but will instead provide convincing evidence of talent and skill.
