Wincott visitors' programme
Generous support from the Harold Wincott Foundation has enabled us to finance a programme of visitors to the University and to fund a series of discussion papers produced by both staff and visitors. Between 1996 and 2003 visiting scholars were asked to provide assistance and encouragement to research students, give research seminars and write a paper for inclusion in the Wincott series. In 2005 the Wincott Foundation renewed its support by providing finance for the appointment of two Visiting Professors in Economic Journalism.
