Honorary Senior Research Fellow, Buckingham Centre for Astrobiology

Shirwan Al-Mufti obtained his BSc in Physics from the University of Mosul in Iraq in 1968, his MSc in Applied Optics from the University of Reading in the UK in 1974, and a Diploma in Astronomy from the University of Edinburgh in 1980.
