Lecturer in Law
Graham previously taught law at the University of Reading and De Montfort University, teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. He has held appointments as a visiting lecturer at Kings College London, the University of Leicester and Oxford Brookes University. He is currently a visiting Lecturer in International Law to the Open University of Tanzania, Dar es Salaam.
Graham has completed his doctoral thesis in Public International Law. It provides a critical evaluation of the continued validity of the United Nations Charter’s use of force paradigm.
Graham’s research interests are in Public International Law, including international law and theory, international relations theory and international law, use of force, self-defence, international dispute settlement. He is also course co-ordinator for the EU Law module.
