Senior Lecturer in Law
Before coming to Buckingham, Dr Brennan was a Principal Lecturer in Law at Oxford Brookes University where she was Director of the Graduate Diploma in Law (CPE). She teaches the Law of Tort, in which she has recently published a textbook, as well as Evidence and Criminology.
Her research interests include restorative justice, with a focus on the role of the victim, and governmental responses to historic institutional child abuse.
