Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolic Research
12 May 2005 – New immunohistochemistry service for obesity, diabetes and skin research
The Clore Laboratory, University of Buckingham, UK, is making available its core immunohistochemistry and imaging expertise for both academic collaborations and for collaborative contract research projects with industry in the areas of obesity, diabetes and skin research.
Professor Mike Cawthorne, Director of Metabolic Research, stated that :
‘The Clore Laboratory already has an international reputation both as an academic group and for its ability to work with industry to evaluate novel targets and therapeutics for obesity and type 2 diabetes. This facility will increase our ability to add further value to those studies.’
